The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) is pleased to announce that it successfully petitioned the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to secure a new billing code for injectable immunotherapies and revise an existing code to facilitate administration of a wider range of monoclonal antibodies for Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).
The National Home Infusion Foundation (NHIF) announces the finalists for its Outstanding Abstract Achievement Award for 2023. CMS issued the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) final rule and is not finalizing its interpretation of the “appropriate for use in the home” requirement in the definition of DME as it applies to certain external infusion pumps.
