Provider Directory Update Instructions

Log in to the NHIA member portal. Only those who have editing privileges for the organization or branch will be able to edit the location’s listing. If you need access or to provide another user with editing privileges, please contact membership@nhia.org.

When you log in, you will need to switch your profile to the company/location you wish to edit before selecting the "Edit this profile" option.
Select the company or location you wish to edit. In this case, we will select the main location of our Test Infusion Provider.
Confirm that you are currently viewing the correct profile you want to edit before selecting "Edit this profile."
After clicking "Edit this profile," review the General Information to be sure that the address and other contact information is accurate. You will also want to make sure to include an appropriate website url that will display on your directory listing. You can also add social media profiles under the social media option on the left side. To edit the additional directory listing details, select "Directory Listing" on the left side of the page.
Update the company or location/branch listing by including a short description, long description and products and services listing. Below on the Directory Listing page, you can also override any data from the General Information page that you wish to be different within the directory. Once you have completed these updates, be sure to "Save this profile."

Note: Once you have saved your edits, NHIA will have to approve them before they will appear on the directory.
