NHIA Announces Finalists for 2023 Innovation Award

Alexandria, VA (March 23, 2023)—The National Home Infusion Association has announced the finalists for its 2023 Innovation Award. The award recognizes groundbreaking products or services that advance the home and alternate site infusion industry. 

All companies exhibiting at the NHIA 2023 Annual Conference (NHIA 2023), were invited to submit entries for the Innovation Award. The winner, selected by a panel of experts from NHIA provider member organizations with extensive industry experience, will be announced at the NHIA 2023 Tuesday General Session on March 28, 2023 at 1:45 p.m.

Amsino Medical Group’s PUGGLE® Enteral Feeding Pump has been designed to deliver nutritional solutions while maintaining dignity and an independent lifestyle for individuals with enteral feeding needs. The PUGGLE® System offers stationary and ambulatory applications for patients from infants to adults.

Brightree Digital Experience (Brightree DX) keeps patients constantly informed of their status and responsibilities through automated text messages sent at numerous key points in the workflow for the best therapy adherence. These automated text messages work seamlessly with electronic form-fill functionality, so providers can collect completed forms with electronic signatures to ensure compliance and improve care.

Gasgon Medical’s AirVault is a new technology that will launch on the U.S. market this year. It is being showcased at NHIA 2023 for the first time in public. The product is a novel closed-system air trap that safely and proactively removes Air-in-Line (AIL), a leading disruptor of IV infusion. AirVault safely traps the air in a sealed chamber and works regardless of orientation or movement of the patient.

Stratix Labs’ Enverify™ Surface Sampling Competency Kit is a first-of-its-kind solution that enables competency demonstration for personnel who collect surface samples. With Enverify™ you can verify competency and generate quantitative documentation (Performance Report and Certificate of Performance) to satisfy new USP requirements.
