Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Clinical Service Liaison encompasses both clinical and basic sales skills. Recognizes opportunities for expanding the business relationships with the accounts and involves the Regional Vice President, Sales or Account Manager at the appropriate time to present and negotiate Coram’s other programs. Provides clinical expertise in support of the sales effort. Utilizes clinical skills to assist referral sources with identification of home IV candidates.
Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four year college degree program in a clinically oriented area. Must have 4-5 years or related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a clinical environment, 2-3 years experience in home healthcare preferred. Current RN license in state(s) of practice. Valid Driver's License. Customer service skills, medical background. Insurance rules and regulations, accounting and operational skills. Basic computer experience required.

- Conducts annual performance appraisals on employees to evaluate their performance and provide direction to maintain and/or improve future performance.
