NHIA Marketing and Communications Manager
The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to be responsible for marketing and sales of NHIA products and services; developing membership/other communication tools/vehicles; crafting metrics to accurately measure and evaluate marketing, sales and communications activities; developing/overseeing production schedules for key products (including our Annual Conference brochures) with the NHIA Team; writing press releases; managing the online “store”; and assisting in managing/writing/updating content on the NHIA website. He or she will lead in the development of marketing, promotion and communications strategies; assist in the writing/design/production of print and electronic promotional and informational materials; develop/oversee marketing and communications aspects of the budget; help evaluate/enhance existing member products and services; and assist with the identification/development of new product and service opportunities to better meet member needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum three years successful track record and experience in marketing required, with direct marketing of association products and services (including education programs) preferred
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlines
- Strong team and collaboration skills
- Basic budget development and management skills at minimum
- Knowledge of/interest in healthcare issues and quality patient care
