About NHIA's Business Firm Affiliate Membership

NHIA Business Firm Affiliate is designed for organizations who supply products and/or services to the infusion market and who wish to:

• Be recognized as a leading organization in the infusion community
• Support and assist NHIA's representation of and projects for the infusion community.
• Participate actively in NHIA policy forums, committees, and workgroups that steer the projects and priorities of the association.
• Establish clear lines of communication between NHIA and key individuals within the Business Firm Affiliate's organization.
• Facilitate a higher level of involvement of key individuals from the Business Firm Affiliate's organization in NHIA initiatives.
• Enhance NHIA's strength in representing the interests of the infusion therapy community

Business Firm Affiliate in NHIA defines a true partnership with NHIA and your company and demonstrates your company's commitment to the infusion community. Business Firm Affiliates are the first people to whom NHIA turns when new opportunities and issues arises. Gold Level

• Membership level: $10,000
• Benefits:
  • Gold Level Only: A corporate profile in NHIA's popular journal INFUSION, which reaches 15,000 subscribers
  • Gold Level Only: Complimentary participation in the NHIA Executive Conference
  • Gold Level Only: An annual in-person, executive update on the alternate site infusion industry for management staff at your corporate headquarters
  • Gold Level Only: Assistance in identifying individuals to serve on focus groups during the NHIA Annual Conference, and complimentary space for the meeting
  • Participation in NHIA committees
  • One-time usage of NHIA member mailing list
  • Special recognition for your support in INFUSION and through signage at the NHIA Annual Conference
  • Preferred exhibit space and special Business Firm Affiliate booth rates at NHIA's Annual Conference
  • Assistance throughout the year in answering your questions and locating providers in various geographic and specialty areas

Silver Level

• Membership level: $2,500 if your annual sales are $50 million or less; $5,000 if your annual sales are greater than $50 million
• Benefits:
  • Participation in NHIA committees
  • One-time usage of NHIA member mailing list
  • Special recognition for your support in INFUSION and through signage at the NHIA Annual Conference
  • Preferred exhibit space and special Business Firm Affiliate booth rates at NHIA's Annual Conference
  • Assistance throughout the year in answering your questions and locating providers in various geographic and specialty areas
  • Business Firm Affiliate advertising discounts in INFUSION
  • Priority status for sponsoring education, research, or other NHIA projects designed to benefit the infusion provider community

Business Firm Affiliate Policies

• Business Firm Affiliate Members can list as many employees as they like for full membership benefits.
• The primary contact is responsible for providing NHIA with a list of names and contact details for their eligible corporate staff.
• Contact details needed are name, designation, title, address, phone, fax and email address.

How to Join

Simply fill out the Business Firm Affiliate Application and send to NHIA along with your payment. We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your application and will begin to discuss our strategy for partnering over the coming year. Thank you again for your interest in and support of NHIA!
